We are currently shipping to the United Kingdom and intenationally within the EU.

How much is postage?

UNITED KINGDOM

As standard we use Hermes Standard
postage for orders under £40.00, for locations within the UK.

Next day delivery is included for
free on all orders over £40.00

IRELAND,THE EU & WORLDWIDE

Please note, international orders are subject to duties and taxes, payable by the purchaser. You will be made aware of these by the shipping company when the parcel is posted.

As standard we use Royal Mail
International Tracked and Signed service for all orders outside of the UK
mainland – We charge a flat rate cost for this service of £14.99 on all order
below £100.00.

Free international shipping is
included on all orders over £100.00

When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to make sure you
order is shipped either on the same day or the day after you place it. Orders
placed on Friday after 2pm GMT will be shipped the following Monday.

My package never arrived, what do I do?

E-mail us at info@sacrednest.co.uk
and we’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve it for you. However,
please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier errors.

How quickly can I get my items?

Our shipping service is designed
to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible. If you need your order
in a hurry you can choose to upgrade to Hermes Next Day service at checkout,
which is also included for free on all orders over £40.00!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation
email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Just
give the tracking a couple of hours to update once you’ve got it, and you’ll
then be able to follow your goods making their way to you!
